Rental terms

These terms explain how booking requests made on this website work. The rental contract you sign when you pick up the vehicle sets out the full conditions and prevails over this summary.
01Booking requests
Sending the reservation form is a request, not a confirmed booking, and no payment is taken on this website. We check availability and reply with an offer by email. The booking becomes binding only once we confirm it in writing after you accept the offer.
An offer is valid for the period stated in it; during that time we hold the vehicle for you.
02Driver requirements
The driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driving licence for at least 2 years. At pick-up you need a valid passport (BiH citizens: national ID card), your driving licence and, for foreign visitors, the entry stamp for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
03Pick-up, delivery and return
Vehicles are handed over and returned between 07:00 and 21:00 at the agreed time. Delivery to an address, hotel or airport in the cities we serve is free by agreement. Returning the vehicle at another location is possible with prior notice; any extra fee is stated in the offer.
04Price, deposit and payment
Prices are given on request. The offer states the total price including extras such as a child seat, the security deposit and the accepted payment methods.
05Fuel and mileage
Vehicles are rented with the existing fuel level and must be returned with the same level. There is no mileage limit; please tell us in advance if you plan to drive long distances.
06Insurance, damage and fines
Vehicles are insured as required by law in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The rental contract sets out the excess, your liability for damage, loss and traffic fines, and what to do in case of an accident.
07Travel abroad
Leaving Bosnia and Herzegovina with the vehicle requires our prior written consent and may require additional documents or insurance.
08Changes and cancellation
You can withdraw a request at any time before it is confirmed, free of charge. Changes and cancellations after confirmation follow the conditions stated in the offer.
